门诊行肛周脓肿一期根治术118例临床分析

摘　　要：为探讨在门诊行一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果，回顾性分析在门诊行肛周脓肿一期根治术118例的临床资料。结果显示，118例中，治愈115例．形成肛瘘3例，治愈率97％。创面愈合时间20～35d，平均28d，无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄等并发症。结果表明，在门诊行肛周脓肿一期根治术可以取得良好的效果．明显减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担。This study was to discuss the clinical efficacy of clinic primary radical operation in treating perianal abscess. A retrospective study was carried out in 118 eases with perianal abscesses receiving clinic primary radical operation. The results showed that among the 118 cases, 115 were cured, 3 formed anal fistula, the curative rate was 97% ; the wound healing time ranged from 20 to 35days, with an average of 28 days; no complications such as fecal incontinence and anal stenosis occurred. It is concluded that clinic primary radical operation for perianal abscess could get favorable outcomes,and obviously reduce the pain and cost of patients.
