两种术式对中、重度直肠前突的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨两种术式对中、重度直肠前突（RC）的治疗效果，将400例直肠前突患者随机分为两组。Block组200例：中度RC（16-30mm）100例，重度RC（30mm以上）100例；PPH组200例：中度RC100例，重度RC100例。两组均经规范术后疗效判定标准，并随访3个月。结果显示，Block术式对中度RC治疗有效率为85％，对重度RC治疗有效率为92％。PPH术式对中度RC治疗有效率为94％，对重度RC治疗有效率为82％。结果表明，中度RC患者应用PPH优于Block术式，重度RC患者应用Block术式优于PPH。This study was to discuss the clinical efficacy of two surgical procedures in the treatment of rectocele （RC） of mid-and severe degrees. The 400 cases with rectocele were randomly into two groups： Block group and PPH group, 200 cases for each. In Block group, there were 100 cases of moderate RC（16- 30mm）and 100 cases of severe RC（〉30mm）; in PPH group, 100 cases of moderate RC and 100 cases of severe RC. Both groups were evaluated for postoperative curative effect based on standard criteria and fol- lowed up for 3 months afterwards. The results showed that the curative effect was 85% in moderate RC treated with Block surgical procedure and 92% in severe RC; for PPH surgical procedure, the curative effect was 94% in moderate RC and 82% in severe RC. It is concluded that PPH is superior to Block surgery in treating moderate RC, but for severe RC, Block surgery is better than PPH.
