中药超声雾化熏洗治疗痔急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：为将传统的中医痔外用药与现代工艺的超声雾化熏洗仪结合，采用新的给药途径，以提高临床疗效，将150例痔急性发作患者随机分为3组，每组50例，分别给予中药超声雾化熏洗（超声雾化组）、单纯中药坐浴（单纯中药组）及1：5000PP液坐浴（高锰酸钾组）治疗，7d为1个疗程，观察2个疗程各组疼痛、水肿、出血、临床疗效情况。结果显示，超声雾化组治疗第1个疗程后在水肿、疼痛、出血方面疗效明显优于单纯中药组及高锰酸钾组（P〈0．05）；第2个疗程超声雾化组在水肿方面明显优于其他两组（P〈0．05），在疼痛、出血方面无明显差异（P〉0．05）；超声雾化组总体临床疗效明显优于单纯中药组及高锰酸钾组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药超声雾化熏洗治疗痔急性发作具有临床症状缓解迅速，疗效好等优点。This study was designed to enhance the clinical efficacy of acute attack of hemorrhoids treated with Chinese herbs for external use by using the modern technology of ultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing instrument and new routes of administration. The 150 cases with acute attack of hemorrhoids were randomly divided into three groups（ultrasonic actomization group,Chinese herb group and potassium permanganate group）, 50 cases for each. Ultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing with Chinese herbs, Chinese herbs for sitz bath and potassium permanganate solution （1/5000） for sitz bath were given to the three groups respectively. One treatment course lasted 7 days. After two treatment courses, all groups were observed for pain, edema, bleeding and clinical efficacy. The results showed that ultrasonic atomization group was superior to the other two groups in pain, edema, bleeding after one treatment course（ P 〈0.05） ; during the second treatment course, ultrasonic atomization group was superior to the other two groups in edema （ P 〈0.05）and showed no significant difference in pain and bleeding （ P 〉 0.05） ; the total clinical efficacy in ultrasonic atomization group was much better than the other two groups （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that ultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing with Chinese herbs could relieve clinical symptoms rapidly and effectively in treating acute attack of hemorrhoids.
