中药湿敷配合电磁波照射在混合痔术后的应用

摘　　要：为观察中药湿敷配合电磁波照射治疗混合痔术后创口疼痛、肛门坠胀及创缘水肿的效果，将118例混合痔住院患者分成两组，治疗组60例采用中药湿敷配合电磁波照射治疗，对照组58例采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。结果显示，治疗组显效36例，有效21例，好转3例，有效率100％。对照组显效18例，有效17例，好转16例，无效7例，有效率为87．9％。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，混合痔术后采用中药湿敷配合电磁波照射治疗可明显减轻患者痛苦．促进创口愈合。This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of wet dressing of Chinese herbs with electromagnetic wave in treating mixed hemorrhoids after surgery, including wound pain, anal tenesmus and edema of the wound margins. The 118 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （ n =60） and control group（ n = 58）. Wet dressing of Chinese herbs with electromagnetic wave was given to the treatment group,while sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution to the control group. The results showed that in treatment group, there was 36 cases with marked effect, 21 with effect,3 with improvement, the effective rate was 100% in control group, 18 cases with marked effect, 17 with effect, 16 with improvement, 7 with no response, the effective rate was 87.9%. Thus the therapeutic effect of treatment group was significant superior to that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that wet dressing of Chinese herbs with electromagnetic wave could significantly relieve patients＇ suffering and promote wound healing after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.
