我国精神卫生专业机构床位配置及其规划研究

摘　　要：目的提出我国精神卫生专业机构切实可行的床位配置规划。方法根据精神卫生发展相关文件以及调研访谈资料,应用世界卫生组织推荐的床位测算方法进行床位需求测算,确定精神卫生防治服务体系所应包含的机构及其功能定位,结合重性精神疾病患者的治疗需要,提出了省、市、县不同级别精神卫生专业机构的床位配置规划。结果最低、中等、较高配置水平下每万人口床位数分别为2.81张、11.77张和20.21张。结论未来3～5年内,应该以每万人口床位数2.81张作为精神科床位配置目标。Objective To work out the feasible mental health beds allocating plan for the mental health hospitals.Method According to the related documents and survey of mental health development,the application of beds allocation measures,which is proposed by World Health Organizations and mental health institutions and is ought to be included in the mental health prevention control system and their functions,in consideration with treatment plan for acute mental patients,the allocating plan for different level institutions referred above is put forward with the formula recommended by World Health Organization.Result The three levels of mental health beds allocating from low to high are 2.81,11.77 and 20.21 beds per 1 0000 people respectively.Conclusion For 3～5 years in future,the reasonable criterion for mental health beds allocating is 2.81 beds per 10 000 people.
