应用综合指数法评价住院医疗质量研究

摘　　要：目的综合评价医院的住院医疗质量,为医院的管理决策提供依据,为政府部门提供参考。方法运用抽样调查方法,抽取4个省的5家公立医院住院医疗服务情况,采用综合指数法对其进行评价。结果综合评价的结果显示,2010年住院医疗质量最好的是C医院,最差的是E医院。结论通过对各项指标的排序分析,了解到各医院在不同方面存在的问题与竞争优势,为医院的长远规划提供依据。Objective By comprehensively evaluating the quality of inpatient medical quality,to provide basis for hospital management decisions and offer references for government administration.Methods By using sampling survey,4 public hospitals are chosen from 4 provinces,and their inpatient medical quality with Comprehensive Index is appraised.Results In 2010,the result of comprehensive evaluation on inpatient medical quality reflects the fact that the best is C Hospital and the worst is E Hospital.Conclusion According to the ranking and analysis of each index,the problems and competition advantages in different aspects of each hospital are known to offer basis for hospital＇s long-term plan.
