长寿命脉冲型2000W金卤灯的设计与研制

摘　　要：为满足大型体育场馆照明的需要,研制了2 000W长寿命脉冲启动型金卤灯。设计的要点有:增粗放电腔直径,使灯功率负荷降至17.29W/cm2,从而延长灯寿命;将放电腔长度适当缩短,使电弧工作更稳定;减小电弧管压封部位面积,提升启动性能和发光效率;采用耐受高温的材料及结构。该灯使用寿命达3 000h以上,性能达到国外同类产品的指标。In order to satisfy the needs of large stadiums and gymnasiums,we designed and produced a kind of 2,000W pulse start metal halide lamp.The key points of the design include： increasing tube diameter,making the power load of lamp drop to 17.29W/cm2 to prolong the lifetime,decreasing the length of arc tube to make the operation of arc more stable,narrowing the size of sealing position in the arc tube to improve the start property and enhance the lumens per watt,and selecting the materials and structures resisting high temperature.The lamp has more than 3,000h lifetime,with the performance equivalent to overseas similar products.
