摘　　要：本文简要介绍了红外电热装置的安全要求和试验方法两项国际标准的研制过程,说明了国际标准研制带给我们的思考,论述了因文化与工作方式差异等各种因素引起的消极因素,探讨了应对这些问题的方法与措施。This paper briefly introduces the development produce of two international standards： safety requirements and test method of infra-red electroheating installations, indicates things that brought to us during the process, discusses the negative factors caused by all of the elements, such as culture and working manners difference, also ways and measures to tackle with them.
