摘  要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者α-内收蛋白基因单核苷酸多态性与原发性高血压及复方缬沙坦治疗疗效的关系。方法应用直接测序方法对80例原发性高血压、80例肾性高血压及40例正常人群α-内收蛋白基因进行单核苷酸多态性分析。结果仪.内收蛋白G/T基因型及等位基因在3组中分布无显著差异(P〉0.05);复方缬沙坦对原发性高血压TT和GT基因型患者用药后血压的下降幅度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论复方缬沙坦对原发性高血压患者的降压作用可能与α-内收蛋白基因多态性有关。Objective To study the relation of single nucleotide polymorphism of α-adduein with essential hypertension (EH), renal hypertension (RH) and antihypertensive response to valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide. Methods Eighty case essentialhyoertension and eighty renal hypertension patients were receiced valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide once daily for four weeks. Direct DNA sequencing was performed to detect the signgle nucleotide polymorphisms in patients with EH or RH and normal blood pressure controls. Results There were no significant differences of genotype and allele frequency among EH group, RH group and normal controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Treated with valsartan, patients of EH group with TT and GT genotype had greater reduction in blood pressure ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The α-adducin signgle nucleotide polymorphisms might involved the treat result of valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide in EH.
