摘　　要：介绍了出口中东的SDD18型电传动内燃机车的项目来源、机车总体布置、主要技术参数、设计改进和机车性能等方面的内容。该机车设计合理,性能稳定,可以满足用户的需求。SDD18 diesel-electric locomotives for exported to Middle Eastem countries were discussed in terms of the project background,the general layout,main technical parameters,improvenent in clesign and the locomotive performarce.The locomotive design is reasonable and the performance stable.The locomotive can meet the needs for users.
