突发性聋患者血浆内皮素的含量与临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :动态观测突发性聋 (突聋 )患者血浆内皮素含量的变化 ,以探讨突聋的发病机制。方法 :用放射免疫法对 2 6例 (30耳 )突聋患者血浆内皮素含量进行测定并分析比较。结果 :当突聋患者听力下降至 40dBHL以下时 ,血浆内皮素含量明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ;突聋伴有头晕的患者其血浆内皮素含量明显高于单纯突聋患者。结论 :血浆内皮素升高 ,可能是突聋的发病因素之一。Objective:To observe the content of plasma endothelin in sudden deafness in order to study its pathogenic mechanism. Methods:The level of plasma endothlin in 26 cases(30 ears)of sudden deafness was tested and compared. Results:When the hearing was lower than 40dBHL, the content of the plasma endothelin was increased in the patients of sudden deafness. The content in the cases of sudden deafness and those with dizziness was higher than general patients. Conclusion:The result indicated that high plasma concentration of ET-1 may act as the pathogenic factors predisposing occurrence of sudden deafness.
