摘　　要：目的观察主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)辅助治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)并心源性休克的效果。方法分析49例AMI并心源性休克患者应用IABP后的治疗效果。结果 49例接受IABP治疗后,血流动力学稳定,存活38例,死亡11例,存活率为77.6%。结论 IABP可有效稳定血流动力学状态,是有效的辅助治疗手段。Objective： To evaluate the impact of intra-aortic balloon pump（IABP） on cardiogenic shock complicating acute myocardial infarction.Methods： A total of 49 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock were treated with intra-aortic balloon pump（IABP）.The impact of IABP was assessed.Results： Stabilized hemodynamics were obtained in all patients,of which 38 patients survived and 11 died.The survival rate was 77.6%.Conclusion： IABP is effective to stabilize hemodynamics and improve survival in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock.
