摘　　要：目的观察采取针对性的护理措施对高位截瘫患者体位性低血压的影响。方法选取高位截瘫患者站床训练时发生体位性低血压的患者40例进行针对性的护理措施,观察其血压变化。结果采取针对性护理措施后患者血压数值较未采取措施前明显升高(P<0.05),出现体位性低血压的比率降低(P<0.05),头晕、视物模糊等症状得到改善。结论采取护理措施可有效改善高位截瘫患者站床训练时体位性低血压的发生。Objective： To observe the effect of nursing countermeasures on treatment of orthostatic hypotension for spinal cord injury.Methods： Forty cases of spinal cord injury with stand bed orthostatic hypotension were selected and nursing countermeasures were adopted,and the blood pressure changes of them were observed.Results： Blood pressure of the patients after the specific nursing increased significantly（P〈0.05）,and the rate of occurrence of orthostatic hypotension was reduced（P〈0.05）,symptoms such as dizziness and sight blur,improved.Conclusion： The measures can effectively improve the orthostatic hypotension for spinal cord injury with stand bed training.
