阳虚、阴虚对针刺镇痛的影响及其本质探讨

摘　　要：近年来对疼痛及针刺镇痛原理的研究已积累了很多资料,但结合中医辨证阳虚、阴虚进行研究则甚少.1970年作者在严格设计下,观察到甲状腺手术针刺镇痛优良率阳虚患者达87.1%,而阴虚患者仅57.5%.这一现象如得到阐明。157 cases of Yang deficiency and 168 cases ofYing were selected and observed the differentiationexamination,pains and acupuncture reaction.Resultis as follows:Ying deficiency group was much lower thanYang deficiency group in 5 terms of cardiovascularhemodilution.Yang Xu group was obviously lower than YingXu group in cortisol and enkephalin.Reaction of pain of Yang Xu group was weak,but Ying group was strong.Effectiveness of Yang Xu Group was better thanYing Xu group.MLS and LEK of Yang Xu group were increasedobviously and Ying Xu group was reduced.
