摘  要:聚集不同企业建设形成的工业园区已经逐渐成为配电网电能消纳的高度集中区。甘肃电网电源结构中风电所占比例逐年增大;用电结构中高能耗、高扬程、低承受能力的特点较为突出;现有工业园区同类型企业多,电力负荷的互补性较差,借助信息化的平台实现跨园区或跨地区的电力信息交互和电力的互补具有重要意义。提出了建设基于虚拟智能园区的概念,以某高新技术产业开发区的20家用电企业为对象,对虚拟智能园区的关键技术进行了研究与示范应用。The industrial park with the intensive of different enterprises has gradually become highly concentrated area of electric energy consumption in distribution network. The proportion of wind power has increased year by year in Gansu power grid structure, which has prominent characteristics of high energy-consumption, high lift and low bearing capacity. And the complementary of power load is poor in existing industrial park, due to the same type of enterprises. So the realization of cross-park or trans-regional power information interaction and complementary has a great significance with the help of information platform. This paper proposed a concept of virtual intelligent park, and investigated the key technology and demonstration application of the virtual intelligent park with taking 20 power consumption enterprises in one high-tech industrial development zone as example.
