摘 要:近年来我国风电装机容量急速增长,并呈现大规模、集中开发的特点,新能源的大规模接入带来了风电大规模消纳的问题,而现有的销售电价机制制约了风电的就地消纳和远距离输送。为促进风电发展,需制订出台有利于新能源大规模消纳的配套电价政策。基于销售电价基本理论,建立了本地消纳和远距离消纳的风电销售定价模型,并利用该模型以甘肃风电为例进行就近消纳和远距离消纳的测算,提出了有利于风电消纳的销售电价策略,证明了模型的有效性。In recent years, wind power presents the common characteristics of installed capacity's rapid growth, large- scale and centralized development. The large-scale access of new energy causes the problem of large-scale consumption for wind power. However, the existing electric sales price mechanism restricts the local consumption and long-distance transmission of wind power. In order to promote the development of wind power, it is urgently needed to formulate new electric policies suitable for the large-scale consumption of new energy. This paper set up two sales price models for local consumption or distant consumption of wind power respectively. The strategies were suggested for the sales price of wind power consumption, based on the calculations of local or distant consumption for the wind power in Gansu with two models, of which the results proved the validities of the models conversely.
