摘　　要：在简要阐述近年来我国及有关国家提出将"宽带战略"作为国家信息化发展战略重要组成部分新形势的基础上,指出了FTTH是目前光纤接入网络可行的主要接入方式;详细论述了FTTH网络OLT部署、光分配网、网络贯通与资源匹配及网络质量等方面的建设策略;还就光纤宽带网络建设的"建"与"用"相匹配、运维支撑体系建设及技术创新等问题提出了见解。China and the relevant countries have put forward ＂broadband strategy＂ as the important part of national informatization devel- opment strategy in recent years. Based on the above, FTTH is the main feasible access mode of optical fiber access network. It expounds in detail the construction strategy on the FTTH network OLT deployment, optical distribution network, network pene- tration and resource matching, as well as network quality. It also gives opinions on the match of ＂construction＂ and ＂applica- tion＂ of optical fiber broadband network construction, operation support system construction and technical innovation.
