摘　　要：分析了铺卡用户占用炫铃平台license的原因及后果;从营账开户及炫铃平台筛查着手,提出了2个保障炫铃平台license有效性方案;分析了不同方案的炫铃平台改造内容、外部系统改造要求及对炫铃平台性能影响,并提出了方案选择建议。The reason and consequences of booking card users taking most CRBT platform license is analyzed. Two solutions are pro- posed to guarantee the effectiveness of licenses by screening CRBT platform users, It researches the difference of external system requirements and the effect on CRBT platform performance between the two solutions, and gives scheme selection suggestions finally.
