摘　　要：自2003年以来,江苏省姜堰市持续加大植树造林力度,林业资源总量有了较大提高,为生态文明建设做出了重要贡献。站在新的起点上,如何有效发挥林业的经济、社会和生态效益就成了今后较长时期内迫切需要重视的问题。从姜堰市的林业有害生物危害现状出发,对江苏省姜堰市林业有害生物防治提出了建议,即提高人员素质、严格检疫规程、加大检疫和防治工作力度。Since 2003,Jiangsu province JiangYan city continued to increase afforestation strength, forestry resources improved significantly,it made important contributions to ecological civilization construction. Standing at a new starting point,bow to effectively play forestry economic, social .and ecological benefits became an urgent need to pay attention to the problems in the future. Start from the forestry harmful biological hazards present situation in Jiangyan city, the suggestions on forestry harmful biological control were proposed, that is to improve the quality of personnel, strict quarantine regulations, strengthen quarantine and prevention efforts.
