摘 要:用降解方法合成了聚己内酯(PCL)与聚乙二醇(PEG)两亲性嵌段聚合物聚己内酯-聚乙二醇(PCL-b-PEG),并制成了胶束溶液。用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)、荧光光谱(FS)、纳米粒度仪及透射电镜(TEM)对聚合物胶束进行了表征。结果表明,临界胶束浓度(CMC)随着聚合物分子量的增大而减小,胶束粒径随着共聚物中聚己内酯含量的增大而增大。用热重分析(TGA),差热方法(DSC)分析了该双亲性嵌段共聚物的热学性能。此方法合成胶束,步骤简单、成本低廉、胶束粒径分布较窄。Amphiphilic block copolymer of polycaprolaetone-bloek-polyglycol was synthesized via degrada- tion method and micellar solution was obtained. Fourier transform infrared (FrlR), nuclear magnetic reso- nance (NMR), fluorescence spectrum (FS), nanopartiele size analyze and transmission electron micro- scope (TEM) measurement were conducted. The results showed that the critical micell concentration (CMC) decreased as the molecular weight increased, and the miceUe size increased as the polycaprolac- tone(PCL) content increased. The thermal properties of the copolymer were studied by TGA and DSC. The method is simple, cost-efficient and the products have narrow size distribution.
