摘　　要：原乙酸三甲酯生产工艺中由于反应系统中存在水分,反应釜冷却能力有限,醇解反应pH值控制不好等问题,导致生产周期长、能耗高、产品收率低且不稳定。通过技术改进,解决了原生产中存在的工艺和装备问题,降低了能耗,缩短了生产周期,产品收率稳定在80%左右。There are some problems which exist in the trimethyl orthoacetate production process, which include the moisture in reaction system, poor cooling capacity of reaction vessel, pH value control of methanolysis reaction. Such problems cause a long production cycle, a higher loss in energy consumption, low and instable yield. After the technical improvement, the problems which exist in the original process has been resolved, the energy consumption have been reduced and the production cycle have been shoerten, and the yield is steady at 80%.
