摘　　要：针对开放式数控系统中译码模块进行研究,以低耦合性和高内聚性作为模块划分原则,开发了面向数控冲床的开放式数控系统译码模块。采用模块化的思想将译码模块细分为代码预处理子模块、查错子模块和数据展开提取子模块,利用中间层函数接口,分别实现了宏变量的展开、子程序调用和NC代码数据提取。其中又将查错子模块细分为词法、语法和语义检查3部分,并深入分析。最后,进行了仿真和加工测试,以验证本译码模块的可用性。This paper analyzed the decoding module of open CNC system, developing the deco- ding module of open NCT system, basing on the principle of low coupling and high cohesion. Ac- cording the thought of module, the function of thedecoding module was divided into code - prepro- cessing submodule, error- checking submodule and data - getting submodule. The paper also realized the expanding of macro variable, call of subproeess and data - getting of NC code with using the inter- face of middle layer function. And the error - chec- king submodule was divided into three parts,inclu- ding morphology- inspection, syntax- inspection and semantic - inspection. At last, verifying the us- ability of this decoding module with the result of simulation and processing.
