摘  要:斜辊矫直机用于管材、棒材的矫直加工,按照传统设计方法,当产品规格、材料发生变化时,需要对矫直机进行重复计算和设计。采用基于可重用技术的参数化设计方法,进行了矫直机的参数化变型设计;设计了斜辊矫直机可重用功能模块,设计了零件族结构图,可以处理变化的模块和零件;设计了可重用系统结构,制定了矫直机的矫直机主要参数计算框图、模块化装配步骤和整机装配步骤。研究的斜辊矫直机参数化设计方法为企业提高矫直机产品系列化能力提供了技术参考。Inclined-roll straightening machine works as the main equipment of pipe and bar straightening.In the past,straightening machine was required to be calculated repetitively and redesigned with the change of product dimension and material.Based on reusable technology,the inclined-roll straightening machine was designed with parameter design(PD)method;And then the reusable functional modules were designed,as well as the part family structural charts for dealing with the changing in modules and parts;At the same time the reusable system structure was designed,the block diagram,modular assembly steps and complete assembly steps for calculating main parameters of the straightening machine was formulated as well.The design method introduced in this paper proposes a new method for product serialization.
