摘  要:为了获得精确的碰撞速度和撞击能量,在分析现存检测设备不足的基础上,研制了一台新型的童车动击性能检测综合试验机。针对现存设备存在的碰撞速度和撞击能量的可控性差、二次撞击现象、可重复性差、产生试验数据能力不足等诸多问题,采用了包括框架底座、引导装置、提升装置、防二次撞击装置、碰撞挡板及数据采集和处理系统等结构性的整体解决方案。突破了以往关于童车碰撞与冲击检测的相关设计思想,提升了检测过程的科学性和公正性。To obtain the accurate collision velocity and impact energy,an impact and collision testing machine for baby carriages was developed based on the analysis of shortcomings of the existing testing machines.Due to the poor control of collision velocity and impact energy,the secondary impact,the poor testing repeatability,the lack of test data and many other issues of existing machines,structural solutions were proposed including the use of a base frame,a guide device,a lifting device,a second anti-impact device,a collision plate as well as a data acquisition and processing system.The testing machine breaks through the previous impact and collision detection means and related design ideas,and enhances the scientificalness and impartiality of the testing process.
