摘  要:容量为200g.t的CKY-200型土工离心机采用三层布局形式,各系统相对隔离;臂架与转臂支承间采用直线导轨系统联接,并增设不平衡力监测系统;吊篮的吊耳与转臂、吊耳与工作平台间采用铰链(销轴)联接,以削弱安装于吊篮的振动台工作时产生的垂臂向和切向振动冲击。电气系统具备静态数采、摄影、摄像、动平衡检测与自动调整等功能。分析了拖动系统加速度控制精度。试验表明:加速度稳定度≤(±0.5)%F.S/4h;静态数采系统的相对传输误差≤0.015%。The 200g.t geotechnical centrifuge had three layers so that the different systems can be isolated.The linear motion ball guide was designed between the pull beam and the swing arm supporting,and a monitor system was also designed for the unbalance force.The linkage mechanism can be formed by applying the hinges(pins)between hangers and the swing arm,and the same as between hangers and platform.Thus the pitman arm and the tangential exciting force of the shaking table can be weakened.In addition the electric system of the centrifuge has several function modules,such as the static data acquisition system,photo,photography,the dynamic balance system and automatic regulate system.Furthermore,the acceleration control accuracy of the driving system was analyzed.The practical application demonstrates that the stability of the acceleration is less than(±0.5)%F.S/4h and the transmission error of the static data acquisition system is less than 0.015%.
