摘　　要：全自动胶囊充填机是药厂胶囊制剂充填的关键设备。以NJP3400型胶囊充填机为研究对象,分析了胶囊充填机的工作原理及其运动特点。利用Pro/E软件建立了充填机的几何建模,并利用ADAMS软件对胶囊充填机的运动参数及其结构进行了动力学仿真研究。分析了充填机运动过程中的力、位移、速度、加速度参数的极限位置及其相互关系,有效地优化了胶囊充填机的运动参数。Automatic capsule filling machine is an key equipment in medicine enterprise.Based on the NJP3400,the working principle and the characteristic of capsule filling machine were analyzed.And a 3-D model was built with the software of Pro/E.By ADAMS,Then the dynamics simulation for motion parameters and structure of the model was done.At the same time the limited position and correlation parameter of force,length,velocity and acceleration was analyzed,which optimized effectively the motion parameter of capsule filling machine.
