摘　　要：为解决二齿差摆动活齿传动系统的可靠性问题,将灰色系统理论中的灰色关联度分析方法引入到二齿差摆动活齿传动系统故障树分析中,建立了二齿差摆动活齿传动系统的故障树,以典型模式为参考数列,以底事件结构重要度为比较数列,以关联度评价结果分析灰色关联模型,对故障树中各种故障模式发生的可能性大小做出了判断。提出的故障树分析方法和结果为处理事故的轻重缓急、控制事故的发生、提高二齿差摆动活齿传动系统的可靠性提供了理论依据。To solve the problem of reliability of two teeth difference swing movable teeth transmission system,the grey correlation degree analysis method in the grey system theory was used for fault tree analysis of two teeth difference swing movable teeth drive system.And the fault tree of two teeth difference swing movable teeth drive system was built up.Taking typical modes as reference sequence of number,taking the structural importance degree of basic events as comparative sequence of number,the grey correlation model was analyzed by using the evaluate result of the correlation degree.Possibility occurrence for various fault modes in the fault tree was judged correctly.The research method and results can be used as a theoretical basis for control of accidents and improvement of reliability of two teeth difference swing movable teeth drive system.
