摘 要:动力总成悬置系统在汽车减振及隔振中起着重要作用,而作为悬置系统中的悬置金属支架在实际行驶中常常会先于橡胶元件早期破坏。结合某汽车公司商务车发动机前悬置支架在某些工况下易产生疲劳破坏和断裂失效的现象,应用ABAQUS软件分析得到了较大工况下的应力云图和位移云图,根据分析结果找出了破坏的位置并提出了合理的改进方案,然后通过Optistruct对其进行优化分析。通过对比改进前后的有限元分析结果,优化后的悬置支架应力明显减小,满足性能要求,表明提出的优化方案是合理正确的。Powertrain mounting system plays an important role in reducing violation and isolating,and the bracket of mounting system was usually damaged earlier than the rubber component.Considering the fatigue damage and fracture failure of a MPV’s mounting bracket in some conditions,analysis was done by ABAQUS software and the stress image and displacement image in several larger conditions were got.Then the damaged location was found and the failure reason was analyzed,and a reasonable improvement scheme was proposed.After analyzing the phenomenon,an optimal analysis was done by the Optistruct software.Through contrasting before and after optimization results,the optimized bracket stress was reduced obviously,which met the requirements for performance.The results show that the proposed optimization scheme is reasonable and correct.
