摘　　要：慢性疾病的发病率越来越高,尤其是心脑血管疾病,已成为人类死亡的首要原因。由于心脑血管疾病是由多种危险因素诱发,仅仅使用单一的药物远远不能达到预防或治疗的目的。基于此出现了多效药物"Polypill"的概念,具有使用方便、成本低、提高了患者对药物的依从性等特点。本文就"Polypill"的研究发展及应用前景进行综述。The morbidity of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, which were becoming the main mortality of human death, was increasing steadily. As a result of its multi-induced character, it was impossible to cure those kind of diseases by mono-therapy. Some experts announced the conception of multifunctional tablet called Polypill, which was more convenience, cost-effectiveness and could improve the drug adherence. The development and application prospects of Polypill were reviewed in this paper.
