乙醇-叔丁醇合成ETBE催化剂研究进展

摘　　要：以液体酸催化剂、离子交换树脂催化剂、沸石分子筛催化剂、固体超强酸催化剂、杂多酸及其负载型催化剂等为线索,评述了各类乙醇-叔丁醇催化合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)催化剂的特性和近年来的研究进展,展望了乙醇-叔丁醇催化合成乙基叔丁基醚催化剂的发展方向,提出以合成ETBE的催化机理和催化剂性质的关系为指导来研制高效、高稳定性催化剂是乙醇-叔丁醇合成ETBE的关键。Advances in catalysts for synthesizing of ethyl ter - Butyl ether （ETBE） from ethanol and ter - butyl alco- hol were reviewed according to the types of catalysts developed, such as liquid acid catalyst, cation exchange resin cata- lyst, molecular sieve, solid super acid catalyst, heteropolyacids and supported heteropolyxometalates. Properties and per- formance of these catalysts were comparatively summarized, and the development of effective catalyst for the reaction was discussed. It was proposed that effective and stable catalyst developed by the guidance of relationship of the reaction mechanism and catalyst property was necessary for obtaining high ETBE yield.
