摘　　要：运用有关现代安全管理的科学理论和先进的现代技术与方法,首先针对氯甲烷热氯化法工艺的流程,分析了其安全危险因素,从多个方面提出了相关的安全管理措施,为工程的安全运行提供依据。Adopting the modem safety management of the scientific theory and advanced modem technology and method, for chlorine LvHuaFa process of methane thermal process, its security risk factors were analyzed from several respects, the relevant safety management measures were put forward to provide the basis for the safety of the project operation.
