黄芪对硬膜外疤痕影响的超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药对术后硬膜外疤痕影响效果。方法 :采用黄芪作为植入材料 ,兔非相邻节段椎板切除自身对照的动物模型 ,8只新西兰兔共 12个节段分为 2组 ,一组为黄芪组 ,另一组为生理盐水组 ,于 2、4、8周取材作透射电镜观察 ,结果发现黄芪组明显抑制成纤维细胞分泌功能 ,抑制其分化 ,且使胶原排列整齐、疏松。结论 :黄芪组抑制成纤维细胞分泌功能 。To ivestigate the preventative effects of Chinese medicine on peridural adhesion postoperatively,Astragalus membranaceous Bunge was used as experiment material,tow level noncontiguous laminectomy of rabbit was performed as model in this experimental study,16 laminectony levels of 8 rabbits were divided into two groups randomly.Group1:Astragalus membranaceous Bunge.Group2:Normal Saline as control.Animals were sacrificed at 2,4,8 weeks postoperatively.The specimens were prepared for transmission electron microscope.The result showed that Astragalus membrananeous Bunge inhibited secretive effect and differentiation of fibroblasts,and the collagens were arranged regularly and loosely.
