摘 要:外来杂草对生物多样性造成了严重危害,研究新入侵的杂草对环境的生理适应性,对于预测它们在我国分布的潜在范围和生境特点有实践意义。测定不同土壤pH处理对银胶菊(Parthenium hysterophorus)体内丙二醛、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量和POD活性等生理指标的影响,结果表明:在pH=9的处理后,银胶菊叶片的丙二醛和脯氨酸含量最高,而可溶性糖含量和POD活性最低,在pH为5~7范围内,银胶菊叶片的这些指标均相反。因此,银胶菊适合于pH值5~7的中性及偏酸性的土壤环境中生长。Exotic weeds have caused serious harm to biodiversity in China. Studies on the physiological adaptability of newly invasive weeds to environment are of practical significance for the predication of their potential distribution areas and their habitats. The effect of different soil pH values on the con- tents of MDA, soluble sugar, free proline and POD activity within Parthenium hysterophoru was test- ed. The results showed that when soil pH value equaled to 9, the contents of MDA and free proline in laminas of Parthenium hysterophorus were the highest, while the content of soluble sugar and POD activity were the lowest, and when pH value ranged from 5 to 7, those indexes of Parthenium hys- terophorus were opposite. Therefore Parthenium hysterophorus was suitable for growing in the neutral and slight acid soil with pH value ranging from 5 to 7.
