摘　　要：约翰·霍普金斯大学医学院是世界一流的医学院,21世纪初实施医学博士培养模式改革,通过高远而具体的目标定位、优越的教学条件、合理的学程安排、整合的课程体系、能力培养为本的教学内容和方法、科学合理的学生评价体系,培养优秀的医学人才,充分体现了生物—心理—社会医学模式的要求,其成功经验值得学习和借鉴.The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is a world-class medical school. At the beginning of the 21 st century its cultivation mode of doctor of medicine was reformed to fully embody the requirements of biopsychosocial medical model. High quality medical talents will be cultivated through high and concrete cultivation target location, excellent teaching condition, reasonable teaching arrangement, integrated curriculum, Competency-oriented teaching contents and methods, rational students evaluation system, which is worthy learning and being a reference for the medical schools in China.
