雷公藤中木脂素类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的 :对雷公藤 (TripterygiumwilfordineHook .f.)的化学成分进行分离鉴定。 方法 :以乙醇渗漉提取 ,硅胶柱层析分离 ,理化常数和光谱数据确定 3个化合物的结构。结果 :分得 3个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :①木脂素类化合物 :Ⅰ :5′ 甲氧基 (- ) 松脂素 (medioresinol) ;Ⅱ :丁香脂素 (syringaresinol) ;②降倍半萜内酯 :Ⅲ :雷藤素 (wilforonide)。 结论 :化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从雷公藤中获得。OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of roots of Tripterygium wilfordine Hook .f.METHODS:Lignans compounds were extracted and separated by means of cool ethanol extraction and chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined by physical,chemical and spectral data analysis.RESULTS:Three compounds were isolated from ethanol extracts:①Lignans compounds:Ⅰ:medioresinol;Ⅱ:syringaresinol;②sesquierpene olide:Ⅲ:wilforonide.CONCLUSION:CompoundⅠ,Ⅱ were separated from Tripterygium wilfordine Hook .f. for the first time.
