摘  要:目的:观察抗病毒口服液对手足口病普通病例的疗效和安全性。方法:我院2009年1月~2010年12月门诊诊断的285例手足口病普通病例患儿,随机分为对照组、单一治疗组和联合治疗组,每组95例,在常规退热等对症治疗基础上,分别给予利巴韦林气雾剂、抗病毒口服液、利巴韦林气雾剂联合抗病毒口服液治疗,观察三组的疗效和不良反应。结果:单一治疗组退热时间、疱疹消退时间、手足皮疹消退时间及总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),联合治疗组退热时间、疱疹和皮疹消退时间、总有效率优于单一治疗组(P<0.05)。三组均未见明显不良反应。结论:抗病毒口服液治疗手足口病普通病例临床疗效明显,与利巴韦林气雾剂联合使用效果更好。Objective: To observe the effects and safety of Anti-virus Oral Liquid on mild hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: Randomly 285 children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease were allocated into three groups, treated with ribavirin spray, Anti-virus Oral Liquid, and ribavirin spray combined with Anti-virus Oral Liquid, respectively. Results: Anti-virus Oral Liquid treatment could shorten the time to defervescence and regression time of herpes and erythra, increase the total efficacy rate as compared to ribavirin spray control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). And fibavifin spray combined with Anti-virus Oral Liquid treatment could further shorten the time to defervescence and regression time of herpes and erythra, increase the total efficacy rate (P〈0.05). There were no apparent side effects in three groups. Conclusions: Anti-virus Oral Liquid has better clinical effects in the treatment of children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease.
