摘　　要：目前,以新能源和环保为主旨的"低碳经济"正成为世界各国经济发展的目标,贸易与环境的关系也越来越密切。纺织服装业是我国工业中污染最严重的行业之一,环境问题将成为该产业贸易中的重要问题。本文旨在发现纺织服装贸易中存在的环境问题,探讨纺织服装贸易中环境制度的产生及发展,为更好地优化纺织服装行业的低碳发展提供基础支持。At present, new energy and environment protection as the theme economy＂ is become the world economic development goals. The relationship of ＂a low carbon between trade and environment has become increasingly close. Textile and garment industry is one of the most serious pollution industrial in China. Environmental problems will become the important problems in this industry trade. This article aims to discover the existence of environment issues in textile and apparel trade. Exploring the generation and development of the environment system in textile and apparel trade, to provide a basic support for better optimization of textile and apparel industry development.
