冠心病患者性别对心室复极离散度的影响

摘  要:目的 探讨冠心病患者性别对心室复极离散度的影响.方法 对经冠状动脉造影确诊的46例男性及44例女性冠心病患者体表心电图进行回顾性分析,选择V3测定心率、Q-T间期、Q-Tp间期,计算Tp-e间期、Tp-e / Q-T比值、心率校正的Q-T间期(Q-TC间期)和Tp-e间期(Tp-eC间期),并对上述参数作不同性别组间比较.结果 男性与女性冠心病患者Q-T间期及Q-TC间期差异均无统计学意义(均P >0.05),而Tp-e间期[男性(106±19)ms、女性(90±17)ms,P<0.01]、Tp-e / Q-T比值(男性0.26±0.05、女性0.22±0.04,P<0.01)、Tp-eC间期[男性(116±19)ms、女性(96±16)ms,P<0.01]男性组均显著大于女性组.结论 与女性冠心病患者相比,男性冠心病患者心室复极离散度增大.Objective To evaluate the effects of gender on the dispersion of ventricular repolarization in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Electrocardiogram(ECG) was analyzed retrospectively in 90 patients(46 male and 44 female) with CAD diagnosed by coronary angiography. Heart rate (HR), Q-T interval and the interval between the onset of QRS and T peak(Q-Tp) were measured from V3 lead. The Tpeak-to-end interval(Tp-e), the ratio of Tp-e to Q-T (Tp-e / Q-T), corrected Q-T interval(Q-Tc), and corrected Tp-e interval(Tp-ec) were calculated. The above parameters were compared between the male and female groups. Results Q-T and Q-Tc intervals were similar between two groups(P 〉0.05). Tp-e interval[(106 ± 19)ms in male vs. (90 ± 17)ms in female, P〈0.01], Tp-e / Q-T ratio [(0.26 ± 0.05)in male vs. (0.22 ± 0.04) in female, P〈0.01] and Tp-ec interval [(116 ±19)ms in male vs. (96 ± 16 )ms in female, P〈0.01] were significantly higher in male group than in female group. Conclusion Men with CAD have higher dispersion of ventricular repolarization compared to women with CAD.
