摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT在胃间质瘤(GST)恶性程度诊断中的应用。方法使用16层螺旋CT对19例胃间质瘤在空腹、低张和胃充气时行平扫和三期增强扫描,附加多平面重建技术对胃间质瘤恶性程度进行诊断并与术后病理结果对照。结果CT诊断为极低危险性间质瘤1例;诊断低度危险性间质瘤3例,有1例不符,病理确诊为高危险性间质瘤;诊断中度危险性间质瘤3例,其中1例病理认为属高危险性间质瘤;诊断高度危险性间质瘤12例,准确率12/14(85.71%)。结论螺旋CT对GST良、恶性程度的判断与病理诊断符合率较高,为临床正确诊断提供了良好的参考。Objective： To investigate the application of the MSCT in in the diagnosis of the degree of malignancy in Gastric Stromal Tumors. Method： Plain and three-stage enhanced scan on 19 cases of gastric stromal tumors using 16-slice spiral CT during the fasting, hypotonic and stomach inflation and additional multiplanar reconstruction technique to diagnose the degree of malignancy of gastric stromal tumors and the postoperative pathological findings. Results： CT diagnostic shows 1 extremely low risk of stromal tumor case with 3 low risk cases of stromal tumors except that 1 case does not match. Conclusion： The diagnosis of GST benign and malignant degree by Spiral CT is highly in accordance with the pathological diagnosis, providing a good reference for clinical application.
