摘　　要：从研究地方高校工程类专业实践性教学的现状出发,围绕应用型人才培养,从实践课程设置、实习基地建设、实习安排、课程设计和毕业论文安排等方面着手构建一套建环专业实践教学培养体系。通过实践教学环节改革极大地提高了学生的工程实践能力和工程素养,同时为地方高校工程应用型人才培养模式的改革提供了新的思路。This paper studied current status of practice education for engineering major in local universities, then built a set of practice education teaching system for building environment and equipment engineering major from practice curriculum setting, practice base construction and arrangement, curriculum design and thesis arrangement, etc. around engineering practice ability. The reform results show practical abilities and the engineering quality of the students have significantly improved, and this also can provide new concepts for reforming of engineering application talents training in local universities.
