保障性住房建设过程中面临的困难与解决措施

摘　　要：保障性住房政策是国家为了解决中低收入人群住房问题、稳定房价实行的重要民生工程,但在具体的实施过程中遇到了土地供应不足、资金短缺、分配不公等诸多困难。在阐述我国保障性住房建设背景的基础上,对保障房建设过程中遇到的各种问题进行了深入分析,并且提出了解决问题的一些可行性措施。Affordable housing policy is an important livelihood project of China in order to solve the housing problems of low-income people and stable the prices of real estase.But there are many difficulties in the course of implementation,such as insufficient of land,shortage of funds,unfair distribution of housing.It is analyzed of some problems in the course of the construction of affordable housing in depth and proposed some possible ways to solve the problems on the basis of describing the background of Chinese construction of affordable housing.
