摘　　要：分析了当前形势下地方高校学报发展所面临的困境在于办刊经济基础薄弱、理念陈旧及学报管理体制存在漏洞,并针对这些问题给出了相应的建议,以促进地方高校学报发展,适应正在推行的学报改革的政策。It is analyzed of the dilemma of the local college journal under today＇s situation basing of the local college,such as weak economic foundation,old idea of publication and the loophole in journal management.At the same time,some advice has been given in the paper to promote the local college jounal development and fit for the reforming policy.
