Salter改良法骨盆截骨术治疗先天性髋脱位40例远期效果观察

摘　　要：目的总结Salter改良法骨盆截骨术治疗先天性髋脱位疗效,从而提高先天性髋脱位的治疗水平。方法采用Salter改良法骨盆截骨术治疗单侧先天性髋脱位40例,门诊复查,拍摄并收集髋关节正位像,比较术前及末次随访时颈干角、前倾角、髋臼指数和CE角变化。结果 40例患者均获得10年±13个月的随访。与非手术侧比较,颈干角、前倾角、髋臼指数以及CE角无显著差异。结论 Salter改良法骨盆截骨术治疗婴幼儿先天性髋脱位远期效果满意。Objective To assess the effect of modified Salter＇s osteotomy on treating congenital hip dislocation and to improve the treating level of congenital hip dislocation. Methods Total of 40 patients suffered from single congenital hip dislocation were treated by modified Salter＇s osteotomy. According to the X-ray of anteroposterior and Lauenstein view, neck-shaft angle, anteversion angle, acetabular index and center-edge（CE） angle of the hips were carried out preoperative- ly and at the time of last follow-up. Results All of the 40 patients were all followed up and the median time was 10 years ± 13 months. Compared with the normal hips, there was no statistical significance in neck-shaft angle, anteversion angle, acetabular index and center-edge （CE） angle. Conclusion Modified Salter＇s osteotomy has satisfactory effect on treating the congenital dislocation of the hip.
