半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为43例,治疗组用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组用莫沙必利治疗,观察比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为88.4%,对照组有效率为83.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,值得进一步深入进行临床研究。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating FD with the Banxia Xiexin decoction.Methods： Methods： 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,43 each,each treatment group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction for treatment,and the control group treated with mosapride,after treatment,observation the clinical effect of two groups were compared.Resuls： The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.4%,control group was 83.7%.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion： Treating FD with the Banxia Xiexin decoction have a significant effect,worthy of further clinical studies.
