降逆止呃汤治疗中风后呃逆30例

摘　　要：目的:观察降逆止呃汤治疗中风后呃逆的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为两组,对照组28例,以西医常规治疗;治疗组30例,在治疗原发病的基础上给予降逆止呃汤辨证治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为64.3%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:降逆止呃汤治疗中风后呃逆有确切的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Jiangni Zhi’e decoction on treating stroke.Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group（n=28）,were treated with conventional Western treatment;treatment group（n=30） on the basis of the treatment of primary disease were given Jiangni Zhi’e decoction.Results： The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and the rate in the control group was 64.3%,to compare the effect of the two groups,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： The effect of Jiangni Zhi’e decoction is exact.
