摘　　要：在高精度泄漏检测中,温度在一定程度上影响了系统的检测精度和检测效率。以基于容积补偿的差压式泄漏检测系统为平台进行研究,提出温度补偿系数法。这种方法简单、费用低,适用于批量检测,在保证系统检测精度的前提下,缩短检测时间,提高泄漏检测的效率。In high-precision leak detection, the precision and efficiency are influenced much by temperature. The research was made on differential pressure type leak detector based on volume compensation. The method of temperature compensation parameter was proposed. It is simple and low cost, and suited to the detection of massive products. And the test-time is reduced and efficiency is improved.
