摘  要:为了提高飞行器的安全可靠性,设计了一种完全电气两余度舵机控制系统,对舵机控制系统的总体结构、控制器的硬件电路和控制软件设计作了详细阐述。并对余度管理算法和故障处理作了介绍。以VC++为开发工具,开发出了舵机余度控制测试界面,实验测试表明:该两余度控制系统控制精确,余度可靠。In order to improve the stability and reliability of aircraft, an entire electric two redundancy steering engines control system was designed. The general structure of the steering engines control system, the design of hardware circuit and the control software of the controller were illustrated in detail. Besides these, the method of redundancy management and the fault detection were described. At last, the interface used for testing control performance of two redundancy steering engines was developed with visual C + + development tool. The experimental test shows that the precise control and switch redundancy reliability can be realized by the two redundancy control system.
