摘  要:以东方百合杂种系(O)、亚洲百合杂种系(A)、麝香百合杂种系(L)部分品种为试材,采用子房切片培养、带胎座胚珠培养、胚培养3种方法对系间杂种幼胚进行抢救,并对系内杂种胚离体培养的影响因素进行研究。结果表明,采用子房切片培养和带胎座胚珠培养可使OA,LA型部分杂种胚萌发,且带胎座胚珠培养优于子房切片培养,采用胚培养可使OA,LA,LO型部分杂种胚萌发,最终仅1株LO型杂种苗继续生长,其余杂种苗褐化死亡;OO型杂种胚适宜在胚龄50 d培养,AA,LL型杂种胚适宜在胚龄40 d培养,且0.01~0.1 mg/L NAA的添加对胚萌发是必要的,6-BA是否添加在不同杂交组合中存在差异。Some lily cuhivars in Oriental hybrids, Asiatic hybrids and Longiflorm hybrids as test material, with three culture methods of ovary slice culture(OSC ), ovule with placenta culture(OPC ) and embryo rescue method(ESR) were used to culture the immature embryo after, cut-style pollination method in different interspecific hybrid groups, and the influencing factors of immature embryo culture in vitro were studied in different intraspecific hybrid groups. The results showed that the OSC and the OPC made some hybrid embryo germ in OA, LA crossings, and the OPC method was better than the OSC method. The ESR method made some hybrid embryo germ in OA, LA, LO crossings, and almost the entire hybrid seedlings died gradually except for the only one in LO continued to grow. Embryo age was about fifty days in OO crossings, in AA about forty days and in LL crossings it was necessary to add 0.01 -0.1 mg/L NAA for culturing immature embryo, but wether to add 6-BA or not there existed differences among different crossing combinations.
