摘　　要：通过对2006—2010年山西省审定的普通玉米新品种品质进行分析和比较,初步明确了近年来山西省普通玉米品质现状。结果表明,玉米中淀粉、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量在起伏中有所下降,2010年其含量表现最低;赖氨酸含量变化不大,籽粒容重有所提高。同时对改善和提高普通玉米品质提出了相应的建议。Through analysis and evaluation on quality situation of authorized new conventional maize hybrids from 2006 to 2010 in Shanxi, maize germplasm situation was introduced. It showed that individual quality characters, such as starch content, crude protein content and crude fat content decreased in fluctuantion, and they were the slowest in 2010. Lysine level kept steady but bulk density was elevated in recently years. Suggestions to improve quality for conventional maize were given.
