摘　　要：晋棉45号的选育,提出了以抗病为基础、抗旱抗虫为核心、丰产优质为主攻方向的育种思路,对棉花抗逆育种发展具有一定的指导意义;提出的水旱交替、多生态区域综合评价的棉花育种程序,将使以后选育的新品种更具有可塑性和广适性。Drought resistant cotton Jianmian 45 was bred by a new train of breeding thought, which proposed to take disease resistance as its breeding basis, drought and insect resistance breeding nuclear, and high yield and fine quality main breeding goals. Such breeding thought played a guidance role in cotton adverse resistance breeding program. The breeding program of the alternative selection in irrigated or dry land, and comprehensive evaluation of multiple ecological regions proposed in this breeding train thought would make the breeding of new varieties better plasticity and wider adaptability.
